Basic Chord Switching Exercise

The idea here is to switch between two chords back and forth as many times as possible in 1 minute. Always aim for clarity and good technique. Speed will come naturally as you progress.

There is an element of endurance here. Some finger pain is perfectly normal! Over time this will fade away and your hands will adapt quickly. The goal is to try and get 60 changes in 60 seconds. Start off slowly and aim for maybe 20 or 30 then slowly build up over time.  Using the table below, we will be able to track your progress and see your improvement!
